Shipping and Delivery
How are your boxes delivered?
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and have two options - tracked 48 (2-3 business days) or tracked 24 (next business day). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Parcels over 2kg will be delivered by courier.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to pack and dispatch your orders within 2-5 business days. Delivery times are dependent on your chosen method. Please allow extra time at the moment due to delays Royal Mail are experiencing through the pandemic. If you do need your parcel sooner, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do what we can to get it to you ASAP.
How will my box be packaged?
We keep our packaging minimal while still ensuring a luxurious unboxing experience. The contents of your box are securely packaged in recyclable kraft boxes, nestled within shredded paper, wrapped in recycled, acid-free tissue paper and sealed with a sticker. We include a sprinkle of dried petals for a natural finishing touch. Each box includes a description of it's contents and a complimentary handwritten gift note if you choose. We never include price information with your parcels and wrap the boxes in recyclable kraft paper for shipping, meaning this can be removed before gifting.
Can I send my box straight to the recipient?
Of course! Especially in times like these we want to make it as easy as possible to send a gift to a loved one. Simply enter your recipients address at checkout and we will send your box directly to them. Make sure to include your personalised message for the gift note too.
What if I want to send box to more than one recipient?
We only have the option to send to one address. If you would like to send more than one box to multiple recipients please check out each box separately.
Do your boxes fit through the letterbox?
At the moment no, all our current boxes do not fit through standard UK letterboxes. This is because we use full-sized products in our boxes, not samples. We are looking into letterbox gifting options for the future and will be sure to let you know when this is available
I've entered the wrong delivery address at checkout, can I change it?
Please get in touch with us as soon as you can if you have entered the incorrect name or address. As long as we have not yet dispatched your parcel we should be able to change the details. However, once dispatched we cannot change delivery details or redirect the item, so cannot take responsibility if your box goes missing as a result of incorrect details.
I've been waiting for my parcel but it has not arrived?
Please allow for a little extra time for deliveries at the moment as due to the current situation Royal Mail are experiencing delays in some areas. We will inform you when your parcel has been dispatched, please allow 10 working days before getting in touch. We will always do the best we can to help you if you encounter any problems.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we only offer shipping within England, Scotland and Wales. Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally or to an address in Northern Ireland.
Can I choose a delivery date?
We don't currently offer a nominated day delivery option. If you want to delay your dispatch for a later date then please do contact us and we will do our best to work around your chosen date, however we can never guarantee an exact date. Please let us know if you would like us to include a 'do not open until' message on the front of your parcel.
Can I return my item if I have changed my mind?
Please get in touch if you wish to return your item. Once the seal is broken on your gift box we cannot accept a return unless agreed due to an item being incorrect, damaged or missing. Please see our refund policy for more details.
I have changed my mind, is it too late to cancel my order?
If we haven't yet dispatched your order you may cancel and a refund will be issued. If it's already on it's way you will have to wait until it is received before contacting us to start a return as per our refund policy. Returned boxes must be unopened and only once we have checked and approved the return will a refund be issued.
Are all of the products suitable for pregnancy and postpartum?
We would never include products deemed to be unsafe in pregnancy, postpartum or while breastfeeding within our boxes designed for mums to be and new mums. Some products do come with care advice and we will always make this clear when ordering. Many batch made natural products such as candles, bath products and cosmetics include pure essential oils, while the blends chosen and the quantities of these ingredients are safe, we would always advise seeking your own medical advice from your GP or midwife if you have any health concerns before using these if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Can I swap one of the products in your boxes for another?
We hope to provide a build-your-own box option soon. However if you do wish to mix and match some of our products in the meantime, please get in touch for bespoke requests.
Are your products vegan?
All the products selected for our boxes are cruelty-free and never tested on animals. We do include milk chocolate in some of our boxes, however a vegan alternative is also available.
Are you looking for brand ambassadors?
If you think you are a good fit for our brand, we would love to hear from you. Please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org with your details. If we would like to work with you we will contact you or check if it's ok to keep your details for future campaigns.
Can I feature my products in your boxes?
If you're a small UK business and think you have a product that would work well in our boxes to support wellbeing for mothers, we are always open to hearing from new collaborators.
